Mr. Brady is responsible for Program Design, Development and Marketing. Sean Brady has 10 Year of Finance and Reinsurance experience and 16 years of underwriting and marketing experience within the Insurance and Reinsurance Industry. In addition Mr. Brady has 10 years of Asset Liability Management Experience within the Insurance and Reinsurance Industry while at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and Prudential Bache Capital Markets.
Thru the collective experience of Finance and Reinsurance Brady Risk Management has become an aggregator of liabilities within a variety of industries and has developed programs to take advantage of the ineffective in the insurance market place. Producing Programs with comprehensive coverages not normally available in the market that are aggressively priced. Integral to these program are the Risk Management Functions of: Communications, Loss Control, Claims Handling and Accountability. John is a Managing Director with responsibility for working with Large Medical Systems, Individual Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities as well as Home Health Care accounts at Healthcare Risk Management Group. John’s career started in 1978 and since then he has also worked for Continental Insurance, AIG, International Risk Management Group and the Risk Management Planning Group as an Underwriter, Regional Vice President, Product Line Officer and Senior Vice President of Underwriting. John is a licensed broker and gained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at La Salle University and since then, he has completed a number of programs at the Wharton School of Business related to Executive decision making Profit Center Management. In his current role, John specializes in Program Development, Alternative Risk Transfer vehicles, Insurance Company relations and Customer Service. John’s success in these areas is supported by his underwriting and brokerage experience, combined with a special interest in the alternative market and Workers’ Compensation. Just as important, John enjoys his job, particularly developing risk management products, improving quality of service to clients and offering first class customer liaison. John has been a frequent speaker at industry events such as RIMS, CICA, VCIA and AmComp. John is the father of 2 boys and 3 girls and lives in Randolph, NJ with his wife, Karen.
